FlowEzy Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users of the FlowEzy mobile app and FlowEzy web platform can request deletion of their account and personal data. FlowEzy is a workplace manufacturing execution system. Most user accounts are created by an employer, organization, or workspace administrator.

1. How to Request Account or Data Deletion

To request deletion, email privacy@flowezy.in. You do not need to be able to log in to submit a request.

Email Instructions

  • Use the subject line: FlowEzy account deletion request
  • Include your full name
  • Include the email address used for your FlowEzy account
  • Include your organization or workspace name, if known
  • State whether you want your user account deleted, your personal data deleted, or both

You may also contact your workspace administrator. Administrators can deactivate your account and coordinate deletion with FlowEzy on your behalf. If you contact us directly, we may verify the request with you or your organization before deleting workplace records.

2. What Happens After You Request Deletion

  • We acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
  • We verify your identity and workspace relationship before making account changes.
  • We delete or anonymize eligible personal data within 30 days after verification.
  • We confirm by email when the request is complete.

3. Data Deleted or Anonymized

When a deletion request is approved, FlowEzy deletes or anonymizes the following user data:

4. Data We May Keep and Why

FlowEzy is used for manufacturing operations, quality control, inventory tracking, approvals, and audit trails. Some records may need to be kept for legal, safety, security, fraud prevention, or workplace compliance reasons. Where possible, we remove or replace your personal identifiers while retaining the operational record.

5. Effects of Account Deletion

After your FlowEzy account is deleted or anonymized:

  • You will no longer be able to log in to FlowEzy.
  • Your active tasks, approvals, and assignments may be reassigned by your organization.
  • Historical production and quality records may remain in anonymized or compliance-retained form.
  • Deletion of an individual account does not automatically delete your organization's workspace or records.

6. Organization-Wide Data Deletion

If your organization wants to delete an entire FlowEzy workspace, an authorized workspace administrator should contact privacy@flowezy.in. Organization-wide deletion may remove:

  • All user accounts in the workspace
  • All production, quality, and inventory records
  • All attachments, if any
  • All audit logs and notification records
  • All configuration data (products, routes, templates)

Organization-wide deletion may still be limited by legal, contractual, tax, regulatory, security, or backup retention requirements.
